New head of Public Safety and changes of Chapala directors announced
Alfredo Ulloa Higuera now head of the Public Safety

Born in the State of Mexico. She began her career as a reporter and photographer in 2012, at Semanario Laguna. After a four-year stay in Germany, she rejoined the staff in the advertising department. She is currently correspondent for the Chapala section of Semanario Laguna and a photographer.
