PHOTONOTE: Jocotepec garbage collection service graffiti protest
A protest message was left on one of the walls of the Unidad Deportiva Norte in Jocotepec. The protest message "Jocotepec el basurero" (Jocotepec the garbage dump) was spray painted on the wall in black paintl.
