Charales de Chapala kicked off their 2026-2027 Liga TDP (Professional Third Division League) campaign with a victory, defeating Cimagol 3-1 in Matchday 1.
The match took place on Friday, Sept. 25, at the “Juan Rayo” Municipal Field, where the Chapala team started strong by scoring three goals to secure the first three points of the season.
Emmanuel Enciso, Isaí Urquieta, and Agustín Radillo scored the goals for the winning team, while Steven Jiménez scored the lone goal for Cimagol. With the season beginning with a home win—a first in front of the fans—Charales de Chapala claimed their first three points of the tournament.
